Our team manufactured a 5.2m x 4m modern house extension at our Kilbeggan facility, using insulated Kingspan box profile panels for outstanding thermal performance.
Key design features included:
A sloped roof ranging from 2.9m to 2.6m for a contemporary finish.
Anthracite grey exterior, chosen to complement the opposite side of the house and allow the extension to settle beautifully into its surroundings.
French double doors and three windows with a split top-open design to maximise light and create an airy dining space.
The structure was installed in just one day, showcasing the speed and efficiency of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). As with all Shanette projects, the concrete base and interior fit-out were completed separately by the client, allowing them to tailor the interior to their specific needs.
