Our steel buildings are manufactured in accordance with EN1090. All are CE approved and we can supply BCAR.
1. EN 1090 - 1 (EXC 2) Certification:
This certification ensures that our steel buildings meet the highest safety and quality standards established by European regulations. The CE Certification applies to the design of buildings and the requirements for resistance, serviceability and durability of steel structures. In simple terms, it means our structures are built to last, ensuring your peace of mind. Our structural frames are the strongest on the Irish sectional shed market.
2. ISO 9001 - 2015 Certification:
ISO standards are internationally recognised as a mark of quality management. To achieve ISO 9001 certification, a company must undergo a thorough evaluation by an accredited certification body. At Shanette, it signifies our unwavering commitment to continuous improvement in our design, manufacturing, and supply processes, as we constantly strive for excellence.
To comply with Fire requirements, Shanette can offer buildings that will achieve REI 60:60:15
- 60mins R- Resistance, the ability of a construction element to preserve it’s mechanical characteristics during a normal Fire load.
- 60mins E- Integrity, the ability of a construction element to prevent gas or vapour pass through it, during a normal Fire load.
- 15mins I- Insulation, the ability of a construction element to allow the transfer of heat through it, during a normal Fire load.
