In 2016 Robert Mizzell ordered a 12m x 9m 40mm insulated unit for use as a studio and extra living space. We worked with Robert to design the building to suit the needs of his young family. He divided the unit and has a garage area to the front and a living room & bar taking up the rest of the unit, he even managed to fit in a grand piano!
It was featured in RTE’s Nationwide programme in 2018 and more recently on BBC 1’s country music programme ‘’Keepin’ ‘er Country At Home’’.
The Challenge
The exterior is in a metal wood effect in Golden Oak with a pointed overhang to the front. Robert did an outstanding job on finishing the interior himself and as you can see from the photos it is a fantastic job!
