One of the great things about a Shanette Steel Building is that, as your business grows, you can extend your workspace to suit your needs. This is exactly what happened with Gavigan Sport & Injury Clinic, who started with us in 2018 with a 9m x 6m insulated gold range unit.
We extended David’s unit by 10m in early 2020 to facilitate the business’s extra space requirements and extended by another 6m extension in 2021 as the business grew!
The Challenge
In 2018, when David embarked on establishing Gavigan Sports and Injury Clinic, he discovered a gap in the market. After receiving a quote from a competitor for a unit, he approached us for a similar price.
Our dedicated sales agent, understanding the intended purpose, recognised that the suggested unit wouldn’t meet David’s needs and refused to provide a quote for a unit that would not be fit for purpose.
Instead, we recommended our insulated gold range unit, tailored to suit David’s business requirements and after careful consideration, David chose our solution.
This pivotal decision led to a subsequent extension in 2020 by 10m, and further growth in 2021 with an additional 6m extension, reflecting the success and expansion of Gavigan Sports and Injury Clinic.
The Result
In 2023, David, spotted another gap in the market and further expanded his facilities by introducing a 6m x 3m gold range Therapy Room to his grounds. This dedicated addition caters to the holistic side of the business, a discerned need identified by David through his understanding of client requirements.
